  • Yes. I specialize in working with individuals healing from religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and the impact of high-control religious environments. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and non-coercive, supporting clients as they explore identity, meaning, and healing at their own pace.

  • No. You do not need to identify as religious or spiritual to work with me. I do not provide faith-based therapy or promote any belief system. I support clients in defining their own values, beliefs, and sense of meaning—whether that includes spirituality, deconstruction, or stepping away from religion entirely.

  • Yes. I am CAMS-trained (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality) and work with clients experiencing suicidal thoughts in a collaborative, nonjudgmental way. We focus on safety, understanding what is driving distress, and building coping strategies and support that feel meaningful and sustainable.

  • Yes. I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients and am part of the queer community myself. My practice centers safety, autonomy, and respect for each client’s identity, lived experience, and self-definition.

  • Therapy with me is collaborative and paced based on your needs. We begin by focusing on safety, stability, and coping skills before moving into deeper trauma processing. You will not be pushed to explore anything before you feel ready, and we will work together to support your goals.

  • I take a trauma-informed, stabilization-first approach. This means we focus on building safety and coping strategies before engaging in deeper trauma processing. I integrate modalities such as DBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and CAMS to support emotional regulation, insight, and healing.

  • I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, and suicidal thoughts. I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse clients, as well as individuals healing from religious trauma and complex relational or systemic harm.

  • I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Master of Divinity (MDiv). I am CAMS-trained and working toward full certification, and I integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches including DBT, ACT, and IFS.
